Someone needs to give Hilda a ticket for loitering.
I'd like to see some more enforcement on those probabilistic variables bumping around out there without any recognizable direction or discernible purpose to their existence, sometimes for days, even weeks on end.
Sure they're in a depression, or if you want to make it sound exotic go ahead and call it a tropical depression like they're on vacation or whatever, but the rest of us have problems swirling around our heads too. We just don't bother to make such a big deal out of it and suck everyone and everything else directly into our path.
