Direct vote for all the Judicial branch? Nah, If anything, the Judicial branch needs to become less partisan. Last thing we need are politicians competing and pandering to the media circus on the campaign trail to become the next popularly elected Supreme Court Justice.


I don't think restructuring the framework of the federal government to accomodate the tantrums of the frustrared Tea Party Republican fringe is going to be happening any time soon.
