Last time I went to the farmers market on Kinoole there were several venders selling taro starts. That was a while ago but that market is for locally produced items only so there is a better chance of finding what you want there. The market on homelands near Home Depot might be another place to try.
I also see corms for sale on craigslist every once and a while.
