You'll need to write a 100-page proposal to the NSF for hazard-pay funding, which, if approved, will allow you to claim the grant in the next financial year. They will expect references and a full bibliographic record. Whether including posts on PW will help, well, I suspect that might not help, but feel free to test the system! [
