Hale Mohalu, there is one being built up in Volcano. There is a side entrance into the kitchen, sliding door entrance to living room from the lanai and a bedroom2 entrance from the lanai as well. 3 foot eave around the perimeter and a partial concrete perimeter foundation with 24sq post & pier set at 24" high. You can also view the basic material contents list for an idea of whats included inside the home, seems fairly complete. not sure of the quality, not familiar with the brand names. For security issues I think I would like the building higher than 2 feet, 4ft min is my thinking. They will make any changes you want or spec any idea you have. maybe we could get BOGO deal!
