Most domestic airlines have no prohibition on shipping roosters.When I was still working I would see them coming off of Hawaii flights all the time.
If it's legal to raise them then it's legal to ship them.
They do have a prohibition on wild exotic birds.They will accept documented birds that have been born or bred in captivity.
After Cecil the Lion they will no longer ship wild game trophies out of Africa.
They also ship crickets by the millions going to pet food stores and baby chicks that are shipped just after being born and before they have been fed anything so they don't crap all over the place.
