Ormat decides not to build more geothermal

PT - you complain a lot about mainlanders wanting to change everything to their modern standards, but then also complain about luddites wishing to live a simple, even "traditional", lifestyle. What's the "right" level of development you want?

Sorry if OT, but Ormat backing out of a new plant isn't really politics either.
