Oh come on. Does anyone in their right mind think the county government is useful or positive? What "we have here in Puna" is likely in spite of the politicians and the idiocracy of the county government.

Back on topic. What can the county do to enable agriculture? A Wille created bureaucracy? I'll go out on a limb and say that isn't the answer to problem that doesn't exist. At every turn with this council member I simply roll my eyes instead of tearing up.

At least the article made it sound as if her idea may go nowhere fast.
