Given a BLNR that can't implement a valid legal process, a circuit judge who can't remand without providing more legal questions than clarity, and a governor who holds no one accountable, there should be consequences, financial and political. Then more people might understand the real costs of having public officials and agencies that are unconscientious, inept, or both.
