Let me see if I understand the argument so far about Mr. Ha becoming a dispensary operator:
He's local, therefore must have received some favoritism due to his insider connections.
He's uneducated, and inexperienced in growing the specific crop of marijuana, so can't possibly do a good job.
The state should have picked an outsider, like a wealthy celebrity to run the dispensaries.
Let's compare this to the TMT:
Protestors are local, have a greater understanding of what it is to be Hawaiian, and should receive favorable treatment from local authorities.
Protestors don't have jobs or go to school so can spend months camped illegally. Their inexperience with the legal system which they chose to ignore up until the time of construction, and their fanciful, imaginative stories of the "real" purpose of the TMT shows not a lack of understanding or grasp of the truth, but their commitment, dedication and understanding of the cause. This means they are doing a good job.
The state should NOT rule in favor of an outsider because the TMT is corporation, run by outsiders, both of which are inherently evil (in this case outsiders are evil).
