Apparently, the new owner is John's family who inherited it when his father (in whose name the house was) died. An eviction notice has been placed and I think it is a matter of a short time before everyone must leave. What happens next is anyone's guess but the new owner lives on the mainland and I am imagining will want to get rid of it.
