Having Trouible With Rob's Email Server?

Yeah folks, the web site was down. I get billed every two years and after two years I generally can't remember who Punaweb's host is. Then I get a bill from someone I don't remember and, like today, needed to pay a couple hundred bucks. This will likely happen again in a couple years.
