There is always something that you don't care for about your neighbors. Be it the 3AM drunk get togethers, Ever thursday night. To the yapping dog that never shuts up. I know, everyone's idea of living in Paradise is strangely different from mine.
When buying a lot, get the swaying clear, clean breezes and only hearing the song birds in the jungle out of your mind! Then you won't have any expectations... Well, unless you are the CEO of facebook and can afford to buy 700 acres on Kauai. Even so, now he is building a wall around his lot! Still not private enough, apparently. I always figured, you'd have to own 25 acre lots to get total privacy. Maybe if you buy 8 lots in front in fern forest you might have a chance. of course that would have to be on jungle king, lots facing the forest reserve.
