Kaloli Drive closed between 19th and 20th

I managed to get a quick glimpse of the utility pole while being diverted onto 19. It was leaning over the road but hadn't actually fallen down, but was clearly unsafe. It didn't look to me as though it was a result of a collision, I didn't see a wreck, but I only had a very brief look.

Anyone know if Kaloli Drive is open now between 19 and 20? Haven't seen an update on Nixle.
