shout/shut you down if you are not 'legal'

Potential violations of the law are between you and the relevant agencies.

I merely believe that in order to violate the law, one must know the law.

Hawaii currently has no laws to prevent or punish distracted driving.

Unless it involves a cellphone; exemptions are granted for other types of communications equipment such as two-way radios.
