The directors posturing affectively displayed his concerns regarding the matter. He knew the implications of an ethics violation delivered from this board. The average person, filing an ethics violation doesn't realize they're actually adressing a misconduct board.
So in essence my point is this... they need to call it a misconduct board, not an ethics board.
