Kinda wonder over the last two terms is it?.. how much money was wasted on alcohol and hostess bars..Money that could have been spent on many other things more beneficial to the community.
.. couple things come to mind..

Shoes or clothes for poor school children.
Fans for classrooms that need them.
Covered bus stops for some school bus pick up areas.
Sidewalks/ bike trails.
Add more garbage cans to the county parks.
Hire more people to clean up county parks.
Etc.etc.
