Hawaii To Study Decriminalization of All Drugs

This talk or study of the possibility of the legalization of drugs in Hawaii is interesting to say the least. More and more folks have been saying that they feel this type of drug legalization possibility will become a reality here in the next decade. Hopefully the state would start this legalization program or process by adding 8-10 drug treatment centers, 4-6 homeless shelters and hire the 100's needed to care for these sick individuals before the actual legalization. Currently, I have only seen a few shelters for our homeless and they seem to be losing beds and staying time.
