We have plenty, otherwise we'd be interested. Muscovy ducks make great tasting eggs and the ducks themselves taste more like goose. In fact, they taste more like beef than "duck". They also eat more like geese, they are good grazers. They used to keep our lawn down until our outside dog decided that he also thinks they taste like beef so now they have to run with the goats and sheep. They can also kill rats and I bet a mongoose wouldn't win trying to steal an egg from a nest. They are a good option to add a "red" meat to a homestead. The only downside is that they are nearly impossible to pluck.
They get big fast, even if you don't feed them. (Depending on what is growing on your property, you may need to feed them. You will have to feed them a little bit at least a few times a week if you don't want them wandering off).
They also make good pets. And they are nearly silent. The only noise they make is a quiet hissing sound.
