It's not very well publicized but your PO BOX also includes a street address for receiving FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. You have to fill out a form to activate it, but it's free to anybody with a PO BOX:
Explanation of service:
https://ribbs.usps.gov/index.cfm?page=mtcsa
Form you need to submit:
https://ribbs.usps.gov/mtcsa/documents/t...eement.pdf
Your "street address" will be the street address of the post office with "#XXX" (where XXX is your post office box number). Do NOT put "box #XXX" or "PO BOX #XXX" or else it violates the agreement. Just "#XXX".
This service used to be relatively worthless because the PO box street addresses used to not be in the USPS system of acceptable addresses all the online merchants use, but this has recently changed and I have no problem getting FedEx and UPS packages at the USPS now.
Supposedly, "most" post offices participate in this program, but that is no guarantee that yours will. Apparently if you can find your post office's street address in the following file, they are supposed to participate in the program: https://ribbs.usps.gov/mtcsa/documents/t.../mtcsa.txt
But to answer your original question, yes, UPS and FedEx generally deliver to street addresses in Puna.
