Hawaiian Acres Rds are substandard at 40ft wide and county standards are 60 ft wide
1. By some "amazing coincidence" that standard was changed after the subdivisions were platted.
2. Further assumes that County would bother to hold themselves to their own Code.
3. The 60ft standard is "required right-of-way" for a collector, business, or industrial street. An "alley" requires only 20ft right-of-way, which would still fit within the 35ft available (HELCO poles are generally 5ft "inside" the roads lot).
