But there was a getaway car on Mauna Lani, which makes the Waimea claim a little odd. I suppose the kidnapper could have originally arranged to be picked up in Waimea but changed his plans and called his accomplices to change the location, but without further information, who knows? Perhaps there were getaway vehicles in both places? The whole thing just seems very fishy to me.
