You get what you pay for.
HPP is more expensive but the lots are a full acre.
Other subdivisions listed have a smaller lot size.
Here's how I see it. I have a 1 acre lot in HPP. Some subdivisions have lots as small as 10,000-12,000 square feet, like Volcano Golf Course for instance. My one acre property is equivalent to four of those lots. It would be like having three more houses on my existing property. I look around and think, where would I put three houses? Would I want three neighbors that close, possibly with teenagers playing 100 watt stereos, or a domesticated fowl aficionado with 100 roosters?
