July 4th and dogs
#12
Yes, HPP was much quieter this time. The guy that sets off pipe bombs set three off on July 2nd and then an ambulance and fire truck came to his house and I haven't heard anything from him since!
It's true, dogs are so different. My daughter's dog, Oreo, loves to be around fireworks! But her sister, Nilla, is terrified and hides under the bed. A little Zanax for my cattle dog changes him from miserable to normal. But his brother threw up a little but I think it's because he didn't chew his dinner and he gets much more terrified than the other one. The Zanax changed this dog from being in hell and tearing the house apart to laying down and acting pretty calm. When he got up he didn't wobble like with the Valium. The next day they were in great shape and acted like they loved me even more for helping them!
