Kapoho Joe - I haven't found the info I was looking for but did ask (not HPD). This isn't current, but apparently, there are eight officers assigned to Puna and those on patrol is a floating number. I have a hard time believing this - eight officers to serve Puna 24-hours every day of the year - but will follow-up.
