I don't think so, those disclosures are blanket ones. Fire ants should be on the list as well and probably will be one day.
The rest is due diligence. As if these people change or move out than the problem would not be there... This crap could happen to anyone. Tho waiting it out could be forever. Next step is try feng shui. Reflect all that negative energy back at them.
