"I have try this and worked like charm after two days they where gone."
I forgot to mention in my original post about the Advion Syngenta Cockroach Gel Bait (see above amazon link) it also kills LFA. It's not an effective bait for LFA, but if they come across it, they do take some back to the colony and knocks them down a bit, but it's not as effective as something like Siesta or the HAL provaunt recipe. Consider it "collateral damage".
"They spray outside perimeter, baseboards inside, and put ant bait gel under the kitchen cabs for ants."
More than likely, this is the ant gel they are putting under the cabinets (maybe different formulation/company but similar action): https://www.amazon.com/Advion-Insecticide-Plunger-1-06-Pack/dp/B004NS0HT4/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1504319386&sr=8-1&keywords=advion+ant+gel&linkCode=ll1&tag=fb0c6d-20&linkId=7bc26ec27d85e62760d4b7fbfc9a1d4f
It wipes out regular ants, I've had mixed success with LFA, similar to the cockroach poison mentioned.
