Towing companies can move a 20' shipping container on one of their flatbeds normally used for cars/trucks etc. You might want to try calling around. Since most of their fees seem to be "by the mile" if you're only going a few miles it might be the cheapest solution. You could also call whoever sells the tanks and ask their recommendation. We moved a 20' shipping container uphill on rough terrain using a 1995 Jeep Wrangler, a bottle jack, concrete foundation blocks, and steel pipes. We only moved it about 35 feet and it took most of a day. Anything is possible but if you can get somebody to back a tow truck up to it and move it a few miles in 30 minutes it's probably worth the couple hundred bucks.
