Growing up in the 50's, Christmas was a very special time for me and my sister.On Christmas Eve my parents would wait until we had gone to bed and then they would stay up all night putting up the tree and setting up my toy train.
They showered us with gifts every year and at this time they didn't even own a car.
My father passed away 6 years ago and my mother 2 years ago.The money I donate is from the money they had saved over the years.Just passing on the joy of Christmas that was bestowed on me.
