Night Riders with no lights

My little Dodge is 12 years old and the low lights are not bright at all. I think "my 2 cents" has a good point and I've thought of that. I'm not saying everyone flashes their high lights at me but it just seems like night drivers spend too much time flashing their high lights on and off. []
