Thanks for the nice comments
Wyatt - your 1st place is SO much more refined than our 1st
Royall - You and Cathie ( or any other interested Punatics) are very welcome to stop in. Basically, we work 7-4 Mon-Fri and by 4PM I am definitely ready for a cold brew. Truth is, I'm really not much good at that point for anything else. LOL. Best to give a call (937-4599) to be sure I didn't have to make an emergency Hilo run. Sat/Sun are work days, but of a different sort, less scheduled.
Not much whip crackin, but I suspect I work as hard for Sophie's smile of satisfaction as I do my own sense of accomplishment.
Mella - sorry you missed your malasada run
Can't say Sophie is doing much cooking at all, but she has driven me to get a bite of supper at the 50's Cafe, which is welcome when tired.
Pam - Yes, we are eager to host some sort of "show-off the Castleblock stuff". Being as we are old sugar land, not exactly suitable for a tree guarded privy. Once we are roofed over and perhaps some water/electric avail, we'll be looking forward to a potluck gathering of sorts.
This week has 2 goals - get the garage walls up and get the PV panels up. Will be so nice not to run the generator.
