Thanks everyone! Yes, Aaron's right about that upload for my son. Aaron I got so discouraged I didn't check back here. The corporate package with Roadrunner would give Jordan almost what he has here. 768 K up is pretty close to 1 Mb up, as long as it's reliable. I'll read more tomorrow. Was up late working on the compuer and it's - yikes - 3:30 a.m. Also I missed your point before about contacting Hawaiian Telcom to see about savings bypassing the loop. I'm not usually this lame, but just kind of on overload now. Talk to you tomorrow, and again, mahalo to all...
