Anyone up for a chili cook-off?
I ask this question because I know that I make the very best chilli that Hawaii has ever tasted. In fact my chilli very well may be one of the best chilli’s that has ever graced this planet. No brag just fact. I know that there are some folks out there that THINK they may make a good bowl of God’s own nectar, but the fact of the matter is that mine is the best. If anyone should even try to challenge me in a chilli cook-off forget it, it will be nothing more than an feudal effort on your part. [Gees, I’m laughing even while I’m writing this]
This could be a great fund raiser and a lot of fun for who ever wants to put a few shekels in their war chest for the betterment of Pahoa. But be forewarned when you go up against “The Lack” in a chilli cook-off you are going up against the best.
There are rules for a sanctioned chilli cook-off that should be followed and if you follow them this could become a annual event. The winner of an event could be invited to the National chilli cook-off [I believe in Texas]
Any of you people out there that think you know how to cook up a competitive pot of chilli and would like to help set up a cook-off, post in, and lets set something up. JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT.
