Improbable. When it comes to making Trump look bad, nothing compares to his own juvenile actions.

But I'm in favor of scrapping the missile alert. Tsunamis? Yes. Other natural disasters? Sure. The only chance of a missile attack on Hawaii would be in the event of yet another error on the part of another country, and the odds of actually striking the state would be very small. No benefit in having a missile alert at this time.
