I have a coffee roaster and like to roast my beans in small batches. Does anyone out there know of a source of good quality Kona beans that have not been roasted yet? I would be willing to buy at least 10# at a time. Because we will be living in Hilo, I don't want to try to dry them myself before roasting, as I would be fighting humidity.
