The use of unlicensed contractors is one of the central issues that the plaintiffs are claiming. In Group A newsletter it says: "They (Group W) continue to hire unlicensed contractors...."
Group W newsletter claims that they have been using licensed contractors since July 2015.
Which is correct?
Group A states: "A detailed report on the Wirick Group's misrepresentations relating to licensed contractors is available on Imua Orchidland's Facebook page. I was unable to find this info.
