I was excited to see that the trailer at Makkuu Market had local meat. I passed it every week and just assumed that it was cooked for on site consumption. Bought several lamb chops on Sunday for a special dinner tonight. Marinated it, cooked it up on the grill, tasted great and was absolutely unchewable. We ended up throwing out 3 expensive pounds of lamb. Very disappointing, pretty embarrassing to serve this to guests and a total waste of money.
Certainty will be the death of us.
