Nancy, so sorry to hear about your recent bout with food poisoning...but glad the worst has passed. Twice in my life I've been stricken, once pork, once chicken - a really spicy Mexican on the latter 
Never had to get oxygen, but both cases it took me over 3 days to get back to normal. Funny, I've been eating raw fish for 30 years and never had a bad experience. Also, haven't had any bad experiences since moving here, but then we hardly ever eat out.
Hope you find out the cause. And more important, here's wishing you a speedy recovery!
