This post has nothing to do with the Maku`u Market. Just a tangent...
It always cracks me up to think how the little mormon kids at Brigham-Young University Hawaii (on Oahu) can't drink, smoke, or even drink caffeine, but they are "allowed" to drink awa / kawa / kava.... Apparently some of them indulge quite a bit, but no one says anything, especially since the Polynesian Cultural Center is apparently run by the mormons.
Time is an illusion, but a handy one. Without it, we would not be able to hear sounds, and without that ability, we would have no music.
