Jet Ski Puna / Hilo??

Okay I'm no expert but I think Jet Skis are frowned upon...trying to protect the coral reef and turtles surface slowly and are in danger from a swift moving craft like a jet ski. The honu are beloved on the island and there are a few sanctuaries in their honor...anyone else have 2 cents on this one??
