Didn’t Sal lose his business and income, and isn’t he trying in every way possible to reopen his restaurant, following procedures, only to be held up for months due to a bureaucratic requirement for one urinal? If the idiots at County had given him his permit, wouldn’t he have been open at his new location yesterday anyway?
