Sometimes it is better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
I noticed that Maui Brewing took the high road many years ago and instead of suing them for blatant mislabeling just dropped a few truth bombs on some public forums and watched Kona quietly scramble as they added disclaimers to their labels and web site. Now they are taking that one step further and copying Maui Brewing's business plan. Class act, but what else do you expect from Budweiser?
