I’ve been getting notices like this one from my credit card companies:

In addition to the precautions you may already be taking, we recommend taking the following steps, since it may be difficult to access your money and account information during and after the storm:
Keep your checkbook, debit and credit cards with you. You can also add your cards to a digital wallet of your choice.
Get emergency cash with a Citi debit card at one of our fee#8209;free ATMs (find one near you with the ATM Locator in the Citi Mobile® App or at citi.com).
Anyone else getting these? I didn’t during the eruption & don’t remember ever receiving them before or during previous storms. Somebody (Rothschilds?) must be up to something. Do ATM’s even work when the power is out?
