Rain abates in Hilo--but don't go to Rainbow Falls

Last night up at one of the Hwy 11 road closures, while the officials stayed dry under the bright lights flashing, a few intrepid punatics plodded through the shin deep water to hand clear the worst of the rocks on the roads. Mountain folks from different sides of the world but still accustomed to making a path through the elements.
