Right, Kalakoa. But can you name a single licensed 'Mobile Home Park' in Hawaii? Pretty sure there isn't one. So they are kept to the temporary status when they are shipped over, which isn't very often at all because it is cost prohibitive for something that can never be used more than 30 days at a time.
