I typically give the police the benefit of doubt but this one seems fishy. Folks sleep down there in vehicles all the time. That particular spot, I saw it taped off and surrounded by cops this AM driving by,its a spot that often has a tent or folks hanging out camping in vehicles.
There's only enough room for one vehicle to enter and exit at a time and it's about 80' deep and 30' wide plus closer to the shoreline.
I could see a woman freaking out if someone pulled up behind her there without using proper cop lights illuminated to identify themselves.
Don't know the details but if they didnt use their colored lights to identify themselves... I can jnderstand the instict to wuickly back up and ram the rear blocking vehicle.
Let's see what happens, if the passenger reveals any answers. They had a large crime investigation team out there this morning, all new matching unmarked white vehicles, including what appeared to be a forensics equipped van (The side door was open).
