Most insurance policies also apply to a vehicle you don't own "when driven in place of your regular vehicle". Merely transfer the title and registration to "a friend" and you'll be covered whenever you're "borrowing" their truck.
There's also the option of Hawaiian Kingdom plates; as the Kingdom isn't part of the US, vehicles with Kingdom registration should obviously be exempt from all US rules and laws.
I've long wondered why we can't have services in the subdivisions, thereby making them reachable via private roads, making it possible to take out the trash with a quad, thereby saving time while burning less gas...
