SPP 18-000199 goes before Planning Commission on Wednesday November 7, Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo.

PCDP (final draft 032108, page 5-7) says "there should be no direct access or visibility from either Highway 11 or Highway 130", though it could be argued that this development falls outside the Pahoa Regional Town Center designation.
Regulations aside, this driveway would be unsafe due to limited line-of-sight.
