The TMT has followed all the rules in the comprehensive plan.
Which plan now explicitly includes consideration for "customary practices and cultural resources", despite which there will probably be more protest from those who believe their rights are being violated even though they have them in writing.
Anyone else notice that "the Hawaiians" have more rights on Mauna Kea than "resident landowners" have in Leilani Estates?
