Tree service workers casing property?

Report it to the tree cutting company owner. They sometimes dont even talk to there operators for days,and assume the supervisor of the unit is doing the job right. I would have gone out and talked to them for sure. We had a red mini van go by slow 5 times in a row in hpp yesterday. Im sure they were looking for stuff to steal.allwasy get there liscense plate.
